What can you do in 50 Days?
Summer is on its way and to help you kick-start some new healthy habits we’re launching The RBI Living Well 50 Days of Wellbeing Challenge on May 13th.
The idea is simple.
All you have to do is to commit to doing something every day to enhance your personal wellbeing. It could be the same thing everyday, or it could be different things.
And the barriers to entry are really low.
For instance, if you would like to eat more healthily, you could commit to eating a piece of fruit every day. Or perhaps, a delicious green juice!
If improving fitness is your focus, then a lunch-time walk will help.
Perhaps you’d love to have more balance in your life, and again, there are a range of small things you could do that will make a big difference, particularly if you do them consistently over time.
Once you’ve made your pledge, then that’s it. All you now have to do, is do it. Oh, and I nearly forgot. There’s a huge amount of data out there that shows that the simple task of telling someone else your goal increases the chances of achieving it significantly.
So, we’d love you to hop online onto any social network of your choice and update your network on what you’ve done using the hashtag #rbi50daysofwellbeing. Whether it’s facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube or, of course yammer. Share your goal and daily achievements with the people who are routing for you and want you to succeed.
One you’ve signed-up, you’ll be invited to join our private 50 Days of Wellbeing Facebook Group for support and encouragement along the way.
